1. Prohibited claims
You may not make guaranteed income claims, guaranteed sales claims, or deceptive urgency claims in any communication sent through the platform or on a replicated website. You may not describe earnings as passive, residual or effortless, and you may not promise that any recipient will achieve any particular result.
2. Prohibited messaging
You may not send messages to contacts who have unsubscribed, hard bounced, or who lack the relevant contact permission. You may not attempt to bypass suppression controls, forge sender information, or misrepresent who a message is from.
3. Prohibited content
Illegal, harassing, deceptive, adult, hateful, or malicious content is not permitted anywhere on the platform.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. We may remove content, disable sending, or hold commissions connected to violations.
