No-Refund & Cancel-Anytime Policy

1. Our policy in one sentence

All sales of Business Packages, advertising products and other digital services are final and non-refundable, and you may cancel your monthly membership at any time to stop future charges.

All listed prices include card processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction charged by our payment processor). Commissions are calculated on the price before that fee.

2. Why we do not offer refunds

AdvertisingBusiness.us is not a download or a simple login. The moment your payment is confirmed, our system begins building a complete business for you, and that work costs us real time and real money that cannot be recovered.

When you join, we immediately: create your permanent Member ID; build and host your personal replicated website; set up your private CRM, sales pipeline and customer records; provision your Email Center, sending identity, templates and autoresponder; load and schedule the pre-written 30-message follow-up campaign; connect referral, commission and order tracking; open your training access and marketing materials; and reserve advertising inventory — email leads and, where included, website clicks — that we have already purchased from suppliers and assign only to you.

Email leads and website clicks are delivered to one account only. Once assigned, they cannot be taken back and resold to someone else. Supplier costs, setup work, hosting and payment-processing fees are paid by us whether or not you use the system. For these reasons, refunds are not available for any digital product, setup, or advertising once purchased.

3. Cancel any time

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from your Billing page or by contacting support. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contract.

When you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your service, including advertising delivery for the month you already paid for, continues until the end of that paid billing period. After that, no new monthly advertising is issued. Canceling does not refund the current or any past billing period.

4. One-time advertising products

Email lead and website-click orders are non-refundable because inventory is purchased and assigned to your order. If a delivered email record is invalid, it may qualify for replacement under the Lead Replacement Policy — a replacement, not a refund.

5. Billing errors

If you were charged twice or charged an amount you did not authorize, contact us at support@advertisingbusiness.us or 561.399.4617 with your order number and we will correct the error. Please contact us before filing a card dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
