Business Owner Agreement

1. Program and approval

Business Owner status is granted only after application and approval. Statuses include pending, approved, active, suspended, rejected and canceled.

2. Identifier

Your existing Member ID serves as your Business Owner ID. No separate identifier is issued and identifiers are never reused.

3. Fees

The monthly program fee and any setup fee are those published at the time of purchase and may be updated by Advertising Business with notice.

4. Pricing controls

Where custom retail pricing is enabled, you may set prices at or above the published corporate minimum. Pricing below the minimum is not permitted.

5. Customer data

You may access only your own customers, leads, CRM contacts, campaigns and reports. You must protect customer information and use it only for operating your business.

6. Commissions

Business Owners in good standing may earn recurring monthly commissions on qualifying renewals, as configured by Advertising Business and displayed in your account. Commissions become payable only after the underlying payment is verified, and are not generated for renewals occurring while your account is past due beyond the grace period, suspended or canceled. You participate as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes.

7. Billing, missed payments and suspension

Business packages bill monthly in advance. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is marked past due and a 7-calendar-day grace period begins. During the grace period your Business Owner ID, replicated website, CRM, Email Center and autoresponder configuration are preserved and remain available; the new month's included email leads and website clicks are not issued until payment succeeds.

If payment succeeds during the grace period the subscription returns to active on the same Business Owner ID, no additional website, CRM, Email Center or autoresponder sequence is created, and the monthly entitlement is issued once only.

If payment is not successful by the end of the grace period the account is suspended. While suspended all Business Owner data, CRM and customer records, emails, templates and autoresponders are preserved, while outbound email and autoresponder sending, new monthly advertising fulfilment and the replicated site's selling and registration functions are disabled. When payment is legitimately restored the same account and infrastructure are reactivated.

8. Upgrades and downgrades

Package upgrades take effect immediately following successful payment. The prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period is charged, the existing renewal date is retained, and only the incremental prorated entitlement for the remainder of the period is issued. The complete allocation for the new package is issued at the next successful renewal.

Package downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Mid-cycle prorated refunds or credits are not provided, and the package already paid for is retained through the current paid-through date. At the next successful renewal the lower package price, entitlements and applicable commission structure apply.

Neither an upgrade nor a downgrade removes the Business Owner ID, replicated website, CRM contacts, customer history, Email Center content, autoresponders, templates, orders, referral history or historical commission records.

9. Cancellation and post-cancellation access

Voluntary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Normal paid access continues until the paid-through date. When cancellation becomes effective, billing stops, future monthly advertising allocations stop, outbound Email Center and autoresponder sending is disabled, the replicated site's selling and registration functions are disabled, and future recurring commission eligibility ends in accordance with this Agreement.

Historical orders and commission records are preserved and the permanent Business Owner ID is retained. Where technically and legally appropriate, 30 days of read-only access are provided so permitted business records can be reviewed and exported. During read-only access, new outbound campaigns, new autoresponder sending, new Business Owner sales, new advertising fulfilment and new commission-generating activity are not permitted.

After the read-only period normal Business Owner access is closed. Records that Advertising Business must legitimately retain are not automatically destroyed.

10. Reactivation

Where an existing account can safely be restored, a returning Business Owner is reactivated on the existing account and original Business Owner ID rather than issued a duplicate identity. Retained replicated website attribution, CRM, customer history, email templates, autoresponder configuration, order history, referral history and historical commission records are restored. A returning Business Owner does not receive a duplicate CRM workspace or a second follow-up sequence.

11. Business Owners and advertising customers

Purchasing a monthly business package creates a Business Owner account with its own permanent ID, replicated website, private CRM, Email Center, templates and follow-up sequence. Purchasing advertising alone — email contacts or website clicks — makes a person a customer of a Business Owner and does not create a Business Owner account, ID or workspace.

12. No guarantees

TrustedBrands LLC, through its AdvertisingBusiness.us platform, provides advertising, lead-generation, CRM, email-marketing, prospecting, and business-management tools. Individual results vary. No sales, income, customer, or business outcomes are guaranteed.
