1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or advertising product, or using any part of AdvertisingBusiness.us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AdvertisingBusiness.us is a trade name (DBA) of TrustedBrands LLC, a Florida limited liability company registered with the Florida Division of Corporations (document number L26000077410). 2. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform, in three capacities:

Advertising customers purchase email-lead packages or targeted website-click packages. An advertising purchase does not create a Business Owner account, a replicated website, or any workspace beyond order delivery and support.

Affiliates promote Advertising Business products through a personal Affiliate ID and referral links and may earn a 30% recurring commission on qualifying Business Owner subscription payments, as described in the Affiliate Agreement.

Business Owners subscribe to a monthly business package and receive a replicated website, a private CRM, an Email Center, a follow-up email sequence, and eligibility for recurring monthly commissions, as described in the Business Owner Agreement.

3. Accounts and identifiers

Each person may hold one account. Upon registration you are issued a permanent Member ID. If you later become a Business Owner, that same Member ID serves as your Business Owner ID. Affiliates are additionally issued a separate Affiliate ID. Identifiers are never reassigned to another person.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration and contact information and keep it current.

4. Memberships, purchases and billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at the time of purchase. Advertising products are billed one time at the price shown at checkout. All current prices are published on the site before you are asked to pay.

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is marked past due and a 7-calendar-day grace period begins. Your account, data and configuration are preserved during the grace period. If payment is not completed by the end of the grace period, the subscription is suspended until payment is restored.

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. All purchases are final and non-refundable under the No-Refund & Cancel-Anytime Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use leads, contact data and communication tools only in ways permitted by the applicable lead product permissions and by law, including applicable email, telemarketing and privacy laws. The Acceptable Use Policy and Lead Usage Policy form part of these terms.

6. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but the service is provided as-is and as-available. We may update features, pricing and policies with notice where a change materially affects you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advertising Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

9. No guarantees

TrustedBrands LLC, through its AdvertisingBusiness.us platform, provides advertising, lead-generation, CRM, email-marketing, prospecting, and business-management tools. Individual results vary. No sales, income, customer, or business outcomes are guaranteed.

10. Text message (SMS) program

Program: AdvertisingBusiness.us sends marketing and promotional text messages only to people who give express opt-in consent by checking the separate optional SMS checkbox on our website. Messages follow up on the information requested about our advertising services and business opportunity and may include links to our website, an information video and a page to book a call.

Frequency: message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help: reply STOP at any time to stop all text messages, or use the opt-out link included in each message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 561.399.4617 or support@advertisingbusiness.us.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
