1. Who we are

AdvertisingBusiness.us is a trade name (DBA) of TrustedBrands LLC, a Florida limited liability company registered with the Florida Division of Corporations (document number L26000077410). 2. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (name, email, phone, business details), order and payment details (processed by our payment provider, which receives your card information directly), referral and campaign information from the links you arrive through, and usage information about how you interact with the platform.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate your account, deliver leads and advertising fulfilment, provide support, process payments, track referral attribution and commissions, send service and marketing communications, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

4. Customer and contact data

Contact records in a Business Owner CRM are visible only to that Business Owner and to authorized administrators. Business Owners can access only their own customers. Affiliates can access referral performance information only. Advertising customers can access their own orders and delivered records only.

5. Service providers

We share information with the vendors that run the platform: our payment processor (to take payment), our email delivery provider (to send transactional and marketing email), and our hosting provider (to store account data). These providers may use the information only to perform their service to us.

6. Email, unsubscribe and suppression

Every marketing email sent through the platform includes a working unsubscribe link and a postal mailing address, as required by law. When a recipient unsubscribes, their address is placed on a suppression list and is not emailed again unless they resubscribe. Bounced and complained addresses are also suppressed automatically.

6a. Text messages (SMS) and mobile information

When you give us your mobile number and check the text-message consent box, we use that number to send the information you requested and marketing and promotional text messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or use the opt-out link in any message; reply HELP for help.

When you opt out, your number is placed on our suppression list and you will not receive further marketing texts, calls or emails from us. We keep a record of your consent and opt-out as required by law.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text-message service provider receives your number only to deliver messages on our behalf.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies and server-side records to maintain referral attribution and to keep you signed in. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and analytics measurement: when you allow it, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure visits, sign-ups, requests for information and purchases on our own site and to improve our own advertising. This can include advertising click identifiers (such as Google's gclid/gbraid/wbraid and Meta's fbclid and _fbp/_fbc cookies), the pages you visit, the campaign that brought you here and, for purchases, an order reference, product and amount. After a verified payment we may also report the same purchase from our server to Google and Meta, using the same order reference so it is counted once. We do not send your name, email, phone number, payment card details or account notes to these services.

Your choices: visitors in regions that require consent see a banner and nothing is measured for advertising until they accept; declining is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. This advertising-cookie choice is separate from, and does not change, any permission you gave us to contact you by email, text or phone.

8. Data retention and security

We retain account, order and commission records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We apply access controls so each account can reach only its own data.

9. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor verifiable requests as required by applicable law.
