Affiliate Agreement

1. Participation

Affiliate participation is subject to approval. Approved affiliates receive an Affiliate ID, a referral link and a replicated website.

2. Commissions

Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on each qualifying Business Owner subscription payment successfully collected from a customer properly attributed to the Affiliate, for as long as that subscription remains active and eligible. The commission is calculated on the subscription amount collected before card-processing fees, which remain a company expense.

No Affiliate commission is earned on taxes, separately purchased email leads or website traffic, custom or add-on advertising, the Free Trial, credits, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, test or internal transactions, or other non-commissionable products. Refunded or charged-back payments reverse the related commission (or are adjusted if already paid). A canceled subscription earns no further commission. Commissions recorded before this program change remain as originally recorded and are not recalculated retroactively. There are no levels, second-level or downline commissions.

Commission structures are configured by Advertising Business and displayed in your affiliate dashboard. No commission rate applies until it has been configured and communicated to you. Commissions become payable only after the underlying payment is verified and any applicable refund window has passed.

3. Marketing conduct

You must not use spam, misleading advertising, trademark bidding, false claims or unauthorized paid placements. You may not make income, sales or results guarantees of any kind. All promotion must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Attribution

Referrals are tracked through your Affiliate ID. Attribution disputes are resolved by Advertising Business based on recorded tracking data.

5. Independent contractor and taxes

You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent. You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions you receive and for providing accurate payout information.

6. No guarantees

TrustedBrands LLC, through its AdvertisingBusiness.us platform, provides advertising, lead-generation, CRM, email-marketing, prospecting, and business-management tools. Individual results vary. No sales, income, customer, or business outcomes are guaranteed.
